Disengagement

Persistent conflict leads to disengaged employees, costing companies about 18% of each disengaged worker’s salary. Gallup estimates this adds up to $450–$550 billion annually.

Today's Conflict Areas

Intergenerational & Multicultural

Today’s organizations are more diverse than ever, spanning five generations in the workforce and teams that cross cultures, languages, and geographies. While this diversity fuels innovation, it also brings challenges: misunderstandings, misaligned expectations, and communication breakdowns. Through activities like creative cross-generational dialogues, communication labs, and leadership coaching, we help your teams build empathy, strengthen trust and unlock their full potential.

Women-Led Leadership

Across industries, women leaders are reshaping the way organizations navigate conflict. They bring creativity, empathy, and resilience to the table - qualities that not only resolve disputes but amplify them into opportunities for growth and innovation. Our programs help organizations harness this power through leadership intensives that equip women with advanced conflict transformation tools, narrative programs that that help women leaders craft and amplify messages, and mentorship circles that support women leaders in building networks of trust and collaboration.

Guiding Teams Through Uncertainty

“Return to office” policies and the adoption of AI are among the most disruptive changes organizations face today. These transitions often spark anxiety, resistance, and conflict - employees worry about roles and responsibilities, leaders struggle to align priorities and incentives, and teams grapple with new technologies and reporting structures. We help organizations navigate these high-stakes moments with confidence. Storytelling, reframing, and creative communication exercises help employees see change not as a threat, but as an opportunity.

Turnover

Up to 50% of employee departures are linked to workplace conflict. Replacing a single employee can cost 50% to 200% of their annual salary, with conflict-related turnover costing U.S. businesses as much as $1 trillion annually.
